Wallpaper
The wallpaper is such an incredible feature of the apartment and a great way to add impact to a blank space. Here we have the original fabulous wallpaper used from House of Hackney but there are many more cost-effective options out there such as this tropical wallpaper from Ilovewallpaper.

SOFA
A key element that interior designers typical build the interior scheme around is the sofa. It’s very important to have a sofa that is the right size and style but most importantly that is comfortable. For us, a green velvet sofa is not only on trend but was key to pulling this scheme together. This sofa was made bespoke for the scheme but there is no shortage of similar sofas available. This beautiful Habitat sofa would be a real investment but well worth it if your budget allows. Alternatively, Made.com have some more price sensitive options including this one.
SIDE TABLE
To create this look we carefully used pieces that are hand-crafted or stylised to create an eclectic appearance. Using a variety of finishes and styles, this give the impression that the apartment has been developed over-time and that the fictional owners have collected and curated these items with love and passion. Anthropologie is always a great place to find the unusual, such as this Peacock side table. Rockett St George has a statement Leopard side table that gives a similar look but at half the price.

DINING TABLE
Another key piece is this stunning brass and marble dining table, it is perfect for the space and added real gravitas to the scheme. This luxurious piece can be replicated using a similar designer alternative but only if you have deep pockets! This dining table from Westelm is a real beauty. Finding a cheaper marble-top dining table is hard but Atkin and Thyme have a great option for under £700.

STOOL
If you don’t have the budget to invest in significant pieces you want might want to start small. These stools both at the higher and lower ends of the price spectrum, will both add pattern and colour to a room no matter the size. The stool in Meadowside was hand upholstered and bespoke using Paradisa fabric by House of Hackney. You can buy off the shelf, such as this premium option from House of Isabella or a more budget friendly Cult Furniture alternative.

LAMP
Continuing with the theme of smaller pieces that can add detail and instant impact is lighting. These eccentric and flamboyant Mathieu Challières lamps will be a real talking point. Pairing these sculptural lamps with a more refrained and simple bed will ensure that your bedroom is unforgettable. To create a similar ‘bird-inspired’ look you might want to save money and use this Bird Leg table lamp from Hurn and Hurn.

BEDSPREAD
Lastly let’s not forget about the soft furnishings that add so much to your home. Both bedspreads in Meadowside were from Anthropolgie; some alternative options that add colour and texture to a scheme could be this indulgent Velvet Pink bedspread from Cox and Cox. If your budget is more high-street, then this bedspread from JD Williams will also create a similar look. You may want to layer two different cheaper bedspreads together to create a more sumptuous layered look.
