We’re getting ready for World Mental Health Day and our chosen charity partner, Moodswings have put together an Online Mindfulness Session to acknowledge the day.
Moodswings are a charity that provides support to people with mood disorders. The charity focusses on recovery, meaning they want to help people live their lives to the fullest with or without the symptoms of their disorders.
As this year has posed many challenges with face to face support, Moodswings have organised an Online Mindfulness Session on Friday 9th October at 11am with experienced therapist Sarah Jupp via Zoom.
The online session will give people the opportunity to explore useful tools in well-being. If you’d like to join the Zoom class give them an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
What else can you get involved with online?
